Senior Training

Training this week on Tuesday is at 7:30 while on Friday training will be at 6:30. All new players are welcome.

 

U-21 Championship

Cahir V Ardfinnan Friday night the 5/3/2010 at 8 o clock in Ballyporeen for a place in the final against either Clonmel Commercials or Moyle Rovers who play on Sunday night.



Cub Membership

Membership fees are now due and must be paid immediately.

Shave or Dye

Anyone interested in supporting this charity drive can donate funds to Geraldine Hickey who has elected to dye her hair while Paul Frazier has opted to shave his limited supply of hair all donations would be appreciated.

 

Co. League First Round Cahir v Fethard

on Sunday last Cahir beat a weakened Fethard team on a score line of 5-9 to 1-1. While this game gave the management little food for thought you can only beat what’s in front of you and no doubt there will be tougher challenges ahead. A minutes silence was held at the start of the game in memory of Jack Wall.

Trench Cup


Ger Hally was a member of the W. I. T. squad that was unluckily beaten in the Trench Cup semi-Final by eventual winners I. T. Tralee.

JUVENILE


The parish league football finals took place last Saturday, and what a feast of football we were served. Dylan Walshe led his team to victory in the A final with a fine display. Conor Brennan’s team won the B final. We will have a full match report next week.


U10 training resumes this Thursday night at 6.30 to 8.00 in Duneske hurling and football on the same night.


U12 football training will take place on Wednesday night 7.00 Duneske.
